We're glad you're considering registering for Bible camp! You probably have lots of questions regarding camp and registration, especially first time campers and parents. We want your camp experience to be as stress free as possible. Some of the most frequently asked questions are posted below to help clear up what you might be wondering about. Registration Important Information

Camperships: It is our goal to make it possible for EVERY camper to be able to attend camp. Please download a Campership Application or call camp for more information. Many churches and WELCA groups offer assistance as well. Please check with them about camperships too.

Registration Policy:

  • Your registration is not complete until we have the Summer 2010 Registration Form (download .pdf file) AND non-refundable deposit.
  • A phone call will hold your camper's place for 6 business days only. If the registration form and non-refundable deposit are NOT received within 6 business days, your camper will be removed from the list. Due to limited space, this may result in your camper being on a waiting list.
  • Please register at least 2 weeks before each camp. Our Food Service Manager needs time to order enough food and our Program Director needs time to make staffing and cabin assignments. If it is within 2 weeks of the program please call to check for availability.

Payment: Your non-refundable deposit is due with your registration for each camp and camper. The remaining balance is due at the beginning of the camp. Sorry, we are only able to process credit cards online.

Registration confirmation: Your registration will be confirmed by a postcard in the mail.

Discounts and Promotions:

  • Family discount: First child pays in full; each additional child receives a 10% discount off the price of the camp. Excludes Seekers camp.
  • Frequent camper discount: First camp is paid in full; for each additional camp receive a 10% discount off the price of the camp.
  • Early registration: Register before May 1, 2010 and receive a free t-shirt. We MUST have your registration and non-refundable deposit by this date for this promotion to apply.
  • Bring a friend: Do you have a friend who has never been to summer camp at Red Willow? Invite them, write their name in the "I invited" line, and have them write your name in the "I was invited by" line. If they come to camp you will receive a $10 canteen credit.

Cancellations: Refunds will be made (less the non-refundable deposit) if the camp is notified of the cancellation before the program starts.
