We really couldn’t be the camp we’re striving to be without your support.

There are many ways to contribute financially to the camp, including memorials and legacy gifts, becoming a Friend of Red Willow, or contributing to one of our special appeals.  We welcome you to contact us for any assistance with your gift giving ideas.

BUSHELS OF LOVE

Planting the Seeds of God’s Love

We’re excited that you are interested in helping Red Willow through grain donations!

Our “Bushels of Love” program helps farmers utilize God’s blessings to help us nourish the spiritual lives of the children we serve at Red Willow Ministries. You will receive not only tax advantages, but a feeling of good will knowing you have made a difference to help the camp provide quality programs.

Why Should Active, Self-Employed Farmers Give Grain Instead of Cash?

This method of giving has been accepted for over four decades and is promoted by charities around the nation. A gift of grain, corn, beans, or any crop you choose can be given through your local elevator and you can receive some significant tax advantages.

How Does it Work?

It is a simple process.

  1. You haul in a load or two of last year’s crop and state that the grain belongs to Red Willow Ministries.
  2. Your gift will then be used to continue and enhance the wonderful programming provided by Red Willow Ministries.

To help you through this process we’ve also created a Letter to Grain Buyers that you can use to show the elevator how to transfer the grain, as well as a Letter for the Elevator that they can use to inform Red Willow Ministries of the transfer.

SEEKING 90 HEARTS

Matching Fund Campaign Doubles Your Gift!

Do you have a “place in your heart” for Red Willow? There’s a new opportunity to support the ministry of “your camp” now and for the future, and you can even double the impact of your gift

Longtime Friend of Red Willow Richard Solberg has helped us launch “90 Hearts for Red Willow,” as a way to honor our 90 years of ministry and continue to provide strong financial support that helps the camp move forward for years to come.

90 Hearts for $900

We’re looking for 90 individuals, churches or church groups who would consider giving now or pledging $900 over the next three years – and, Mr. Solberg is generously matching ANY gift or pledge, large or small, up to $900 made between now and December 31, 2017.

How to Give:

If you have the capacity to give $900 (or more), know that you can make a one-time gift or pledge to give over 3 years (examples: $300 each year or $25 each month). If you can give a smaller amount, know that any gift is a blessing for us.

  • Give Online
  • Be sure to specify Seeking 90 Hearts for Red Willow in the “Other Donations” section’s comment box.
  • Give by Check
  • Checks can be written out to Red Willow Ministries with Seeking 90 Hearts for Red Willow in the memo.
